Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd (Yewhwafood.com) owns and operate this website. This document governs your access and use of the Yew Hwa website (Yewhwafood.com) and your relationship with Yew Hwa ("we", "us", "our", the "Website") and the products and services available through this website.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before registration to understand your legal rights and obligations with Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd. Only registered customers are able to place orders through CP shopz. Guest shoppers may only browse but cannot place orders. By accessing this Site and/or using the Services, you unconditionally agree and accept to be legally bound by these Terms of Use including our Security & Privacy Policy.

Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd reserve the right to amend/update this Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without notice to the Customer. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, please leave the Site and/or discontinue use of the Services immediately.

Account Registration & Security

To access certain parts of the website or services, you must register for an account with Yew Hwa Food ("Account") and create a username ("User Name") and password ("Password").

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree not to:

Share your Account or Password with others.
Transfer or assign your Account to any other person or entity.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account. Yew Hwa Food is not liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from unauthorized or fraudulent use of your Account.

Each Account may register only one household or delivery address. Multiple Accounts using the same delivery address may be allowed at our discretion.
Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in account suspension or termination.

Products & Orders

All sales are final and may not be amended. Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd reserves all rights to reject any orders at our own discretion.

All products listed on Yewhwafood.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

Orders are processed only after full payment is received. Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd (Yewhwafood.com) reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or fraudulent activity.

Yewhwafood.com is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of days required for maintenance or other works that will require the website to be offline. Working days are from Monday to Fridays, from 9AM to 6PM, Saturdays, 9AM - 1PM excluding weekends and Singapore's public holidays.

Emails will be attended to within 1-2 working days. Please refrain from sending multiple emails for the same enquiry as replies are based on time stamps. Delay in our email replies can be expected during festive seasons.

User Responsibilities & Account Violations

If we determine that an Account has violated our Terms of Use, we reserve the right to take the following actions at our sole discretion:

Cancel any orders placed through the Account.
Revoke any credits, discount vouchers, or promotional codes applied.
Prohibit participation in future promotions, contests, or surveys.
Merge, suspend, or terminate the Account.

Limitation of Liabilities

Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd (Yewhwafood.com) shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special damages or loss. To the extent that Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd (Yewhwafood.com) is liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in or non-compliance of the Product or any other breach of Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd (Yewhwafood.com) obligations hereunder, such liability shall not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to the price of the Product(s).

Both Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd (Yewhwafood.com) and the delivery company will not be held responsible for any damages or loss of Products after delivery. The Customer shall not use the Product in any manner and/or for any purpose for which they are unsuited for and will be responsible for using all necessary skill and care in handling and using the Product. The Customer expressly agrees that Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd (Yewhwafood.com) assumes no obligation or liability for any advice or information given with the Products and Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd (Yewhwafood.com) assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information. The Customer assumes all risks connected with the use and storage of the Product.

Customer unreservedly acknowledges and agrees that he/she assumes all risk in connection with the use of this site.

Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd (Yewhwafood.com) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damage or loss of profits or loss of revenue, however arising from the use of, access to the site.

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Singapore. Both Customer and Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd (Yewhwafood.com) irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Termination

If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your permission to use the Website may be suspended or revoked, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to, and use of, the Website at any time.
