Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify the price or details of products without prior notice and we are not responsible for any discrepancies between the online listing and the actual product.

 

In case of any price discrepancies between the online order total and the final bill—due to factors like substitutions, daily price changes, stock unavailability, mispricing, or special offers — Yewhwafood.com reserves the right to adjust the final bill. Such adjustments will be considered final.

Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd (Yewhwafood.com) is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience if we are unable to fulfill an order, due to unforeseen circumstances like stock shortages or changes in product specifications.

Orders 

All sales are final and may not be amended. Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd reserves all rights to reject any orders at our own discretion.

Orders are processed only after full payment is received. Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd (Yewhwafood.com) reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or fraudulent activity.

 

Yewhwafood.com is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of days required for maintenance or other works that will require the website to be offline. Working days are from Monday to Fridays, from 9AM to 6PM, Saturdays, 9AM - 1PM excluding weekends and Singapore's public holidays.

 

​​Emails will be attended to within 1-2 working days. Please refrain from sending multiple emails for the same enquiry as replies are based on time stamps. Delay in our email replies can be expected during festive seasons.

Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

Refunds are not permitted. We kindly request that you inspect your order upon delivery. 

Should there are any discrepancies or issues with your items, please contact us at 67598133 or via email at hello@yewhwa.com within one business day of receipt.

Discrepancy Handling

  • If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will either exchange the product or apply the refund to your next order.

  • For wrong or damaged items, we reserve the right to collect the items from the customer.

  • For short or incorrect deliveries, we may refund the difference or send the correct items with your next order.

  • In the event of damage, we may ask for photo evidence.

Payment

All payments must be made in Singapore dollars. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

 

Once payment is made, all orders are final. Refunds and cancellations are not permitted. Please ensure that all submitted information is accurate to avoid any shipping delays or errors in product delivery.

Once an order is processed, no changes can be made.

To add items, please place a new order and inform us via email or call us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery.
