• If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will either exchange the product or apply the refund to your next order.
• For wrong or damaged items, we reserve the right to collect the items from the customer.
• For short or incorrect deliveries, we may refund the difference or send the correct items with your next order.
• In the event of damage, we may ask for photo evidence.

All orders will be processed and fulfilled within 1 to 2 working days.

Please note that external factors, such as weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances, may impact the delivery schedule. Yew Hwa Food Industries Pte Ltd (Yewhwafood.com) will not be held responsible for delays beyond the specified time frame.

Changes to Delivery:
Should there be any changes to your delivery address, date, or time, please notify us immediately. Changes made after order confirmation may incur an administrative fee of S$20.00.

Should no one be present at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window, our delivery personnel will ensure that the products are securely left at the doorstep

• Bring water to a boil, ensuring the ratio of water to taro balls is 8:1.
• Once the water is boiling, gently add the taro balls into the pot and stir lightly with a spoon.
• Boil on high heat until the taro balls rise to the surface. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Cover the pot and let it rest for an additional 3 minutes before serving.
